Incubate is the annual celebration of independent culture in Tilburg, the Netherlands. It is a festival exhibiting a diverse view on indie culture as a whole, including music, contemporary dance, film and visual arts. It brings more than 200 cutting edge artists in an intimate context to an international audience. Black metal next to free jazz. Refreshing art next to inspiring debate.

Argument is a small, flourishing, artist-run exhibition space in the center of Tilburg. It exists since 1993. During the years artists came from far and near to work here on site.

It’s purpose is to offer art in all it’s aspects a place. Artists get time and space to tackle the experiment and to work on site. The starting point is -mental and physical- space.
A working period always ends with a presentation which usually lasts three weeks. Related to the presentation the artist is also asked to make an 'item' (kind of multiple, work in series), as a little monument and for retail.

Argument Vertoningsruimte is a real small exhibition space. Lots of different artists have exposed a wide variety of art in this exhibition space.
