Incubate is the annual celebration of independent culture in Tilburg, the Netherlands. It is a festival exhibiting a diverse view on indie culture as a whole, including music, contemporary dance, film and visual arts. It brings more than 200 cutting edge artists in an intimate context to an international audience. Black metal next to free jazz. Refreshing art next to inspiring debate.

Ok ok, we know, it might not look like a whole lot, but the city centre of Tilburg really is a vibrant area full of bars, restaurants, exhibition spaces and big and small music stages. You’ll have to put in some effort looking for the right places though. Just by walking through the streets of Tilburg one might not so easily discover the rich cultural life that is typical of the city. Luckily, we did all the work for you! Almost every place that is worth while will have some of our artists performing. Next to this there will also be projects in the public space. So just follow the program guide and discover the city centre of Tilburg from the inside out!
