Incubate is the annual celebration of independent culture in Tilburg, the Netherlands. It is a festival exhibiting a diverse view on indie culture as a whole, including music, contemporary dance, film and visual arts. It brings more than 200 cutting edge artists in an intimate context to an international audience. Black metal next to free jazz. Refreshing art next to inspiring debate.

Perron 58 (Platform 58), also known as Zwijsenpand, is the former building of a publisher called Zwijsen. The building is located in the neighbourhood of the central station in an area that is currently being renovated into a quarter for cultural entrepeneurs. Since the publisher has left, the building is in use as a working space for artists and musicians. The building has 42 studio’s and rehearsal spaces and has two main halls that are regularly used for events like concerts, performances or exhibitions.
