Incubate is the annual celebration of independent culture in Tilburg, the Netherlands. It is a festival exhibiting a diverse view on indie culture as a whole, including music, contemporary dance, film and visual arts. It brings more than 200 cutting edge artists in an intimate context to an international audience. Black metal next to free jazz. Refreshing art next to inspiring debate.

Ingo Oszkinat

Hi, my name is Ingo Oszkinat! I know, my last name sounds kind of un-Dutch. It is actually. It's Lithuanian. At least that is where I think it's from. I'm born and raised in the upper parts of North Holland though, and I moved to Tilburg some five years ago. I finished four years of studying Graphic Design but i'm still a school boy. But this time I'm doing Advertising. At the moment I am putting my study to practice here at Incubate. I am the Art-Director and my job is to oversee the entire design department, but with my graphic design background I also design and create new concepts myself, like posters, flyers, the website, festival guide and so on.
