Incubate is the annual celebration of independent culture in Tilburg, the Netherlands. It is a festival exhibiting a diverse view on indie culture as a whole, including music, contemporary dance, film and visual arts. S. Lloyd Trumpstein draws, paints and caresses. He was born in Antwerp, Belgium, but works in Tilburg, Holland. A lot of his work features architecture, but even more prominent is his love for absurd humour. He has a very graphical style and uses a lot of visual icons from the last century, which he places in a new, weird context through either painting or adding text to it.
