Incubate is the annual celebration of independent culture in Tilburg, the Netherlands. It is a festival exhibiting a diverse view on indie culture as a whole, including music, contemporary dance, film and visual arts. It brings more than 200 cutting edge artists in an intimate context to an international audience. Black metal next to free jazz. Refreshing art next to inspiring debate.

Jiggy Djé (real name: Vincent Patty) is a Dutch rapper that started making hip hop in 1997. In 2006, he won the public price at the Heineken Grand Prix, the oldest and most renowned Dutch music prize. The same year, Jiggy Djé released his debut album and founded his own record label; both titled Noah’s Ark. He signed artists like Hef, Önder and SpaceKees to this label.
Jiggy Djé will take seat in a panel at the Pirate Conference, responding to Matt Mason's keynote speech.
