Incubate is the annual celebration of independent culture in Tilburg, the Netherlands. It is a festival exhibiting a diverse view on indie culture as a whole, including music, contemporary dance, film and visual arts. Pirate Conference

Sander van de Wiel is rights manager at Pictoright. Pictoright exploits and protects the rights of over 50.000 visual artists in the Netherlands, mainly painters and sculptors. Pictoright distributes collective rights to all visual artists, like graphic designers, illustrators and photographers.

Pictoright devote themselves for a better position of copyrights for visual artists. Sander will take seat in the panel that will respond to the keynote speech by Matt Mason.
